Cantaloupe's aren't vegetables!!!
Seeing the sun rise is pretty dang late/early to be up. Even so, I don't believe in naps on principle.
OMG...I feel so mortified about that mistaken apostrophe in cataloupes. I think I was going to say something else but pushed Publish before I could make sure I had two of the same thoughts going at once.
How embarassing.

Okay. This is the last comment I'm going to make on anyone's blog arguing over their answer to favorite vegetable. At first, I was going to say that a potato is not a vegetable and that it's a root. But then I thought maybe I ought to check on carrots too, since I would consider them a root as well. Carrots are on the Wikipedia list of vegetables. So there goes that argument. But, the Wikipedia list has tomatoes in the vegetable category, despite the fact that, on the tomato page, it clearly says, "The fruit is an edible, brightly coloured...berry." Okay...now, I know that tomatoes have been adjudicated vegetables but are properly fruits, as I pointed out to Metro Scott. But now this list is just pissing me off.
So...in sum, I hate this question.
I like the idea of a wrap around porch too - great to have a porch swing and watch the sun set/rise or read or hang a hammock from the rafters and take a nap.
Tickets! Gah! I didn't get my first one until I was 27 and that was while I was driving thru Lousiana - everyone speeds on roadtrips! Oh vell. I just recently got another one like that. Such is life. (I've only gotten one 'in town' and I had a lawyer take care of it - deffered adjudication)! Ha!
I think cantaloupes should count...Fitz put fruits in his answer hehe!
