What is its difference with PLDT/Smart's Call All?

im not that familiar with PLDT Call All but if Im not mistaken, the Call All service of PLDT is applicable to landline only.. all calls to landline anywhere in the country to Metro Manila landlines are free of charge provided that the subscriber is on Call All service. Smartalk allows all SMART SIMs to call unlimited to all mobile phones in the SMART network.
