I'm missing something here. Why are the Kasak's so furious with the U.S. when S.B. Cohen is a British citizen? Is it because the studios are US-based.

Secondly, this points out that these Kazak's have no sense of humor whatsoever. At least we can laugh about our government and its leaders (perhaps that a psych-defense from keeping the entire country from going into a depression).
