I like Jet Blue too, but its navigation of last month's crisis hit too many air pockets...at least initially. I did post subsequently that Mr. Neeleman and co. ultimately made good.
In light of some of the negative things said about your airline, I would like to comment on some. Many of the delays etc. could not be avoided. Perhaps some situations could have been handeled better, but hindsite is always great. I traveled on recent flights 661& 660. First time on your airline and have never had a better ride. Legg rm. tv. I will never consider another carrier without trying to get my service from Jet Blue. Your head and shoulders above any other airline. Several other passengers shared my view on that.
