Actually, I wrote this in defense of Apple's right to keep its "star" product under wraps. It was Mr. Scoble who intimated some kind of Apple-inspired nefarious plot to control the flow of info on the iPhone.

For Apple's sake, it does have a significant business stake in the product staying under wraps for as long as possible, so I think it has every right to be secretive (as does any other business). I wouldn't say this post is whining, but people complaining otherwise remind me of sportswriters.
