However, it appears that the hatred and rage attributed to Palin and Republicans is actually being demonstrated by Palin's opponents!

I'd like to see some empirical evidence of Republican "hatred" and "rage," which appears to be all over the Left but in mighty short supply on the other side.
First of all, my name is not Janet. And secondly, I am sure Ms. Palin is quite a good pubic speaker, but at this critical moment in our nation's history, I don't think rhetoric should trump reason (and intelligence). Thanks for your comment.

If you have even seen her speak, tell me: Who is she telling people to hate? What is she telling us to fear (except total government control of our personal lives)?
The fact that Obama can't get even 50% of Americans nationwide to say they'll vote for him means there's a lot more to this than you may think. I'm a lot more afraid of Obama's pandering to the middle class - inciting Marxist class envy - than of anything Sarah Palin has talked about.
I will not be watching SNL tonight, they have lost me as a fan, I refuse to give the time of day to S Failin', she is an insult to Women's intelligence and a threat to Women's rights. I think this a big mistake by SNL
We have all had a big laugh about Sarah Palin. But, the fact is that her nomination is neither a funny nor glib matter. She represents the ugliest and most dangerous in American politics, not only because of her incredible ineptness but because of her dangerous fear mongering. She is inciting fear and hatred at a time when Americans are most vulnerable to these feelings because of the state of our economy. There's nothing funny about this.
They ought to put Palin on the Weekend Update desk, and let her do a Tina Fey impersonation.
