I was a vonage customer, but I just dropped it after more than 6 months of very terrible servce, my phone was virtually unusable and their customer service is nowhere to be found. Their solution, reboot the router.

Now I'm trying to cancel an account, and its taking me more than a month to try to close it. Not to mention, they've hosed me for 2 months of service.

Vonage blows!
