To all the reporters out there who delete those PR messages: Did you ever once stop and think about being nice to those young people and giving them some tips? I have no time for rude reporters who feel no shame by making fun of others instead of doing their highly endangered jobs. Get a life.

Except that in the example you cite, the "full stop," e.g, the period, sits inside the quote.
No matter, I enjoyed your piece today. Hopefully those perky, pesky PR people also took note.

Dear Blogger,
In Australia, the periods, which we call full stops, and commas go outside the quotation marks. Like this:
"Thank you for using our photos."
