Wow Flav, congratulations. I definetly think you have taken the best determination. Dont think what if...just do it because you want to. It is ligical you are feeling excited but scared at the same time, it is produced by the incertitude, but once you are settle you'll be able to appreciate teh change.
Give yourself and extra month to fix everything and then slow down, because in short term seesm you'll be too busy!
