Awesome! i think Steve and I have a fair bit in common in this respect, I also refuse to give my info to salespeople and I hate PalmPilots, so when a friend who wants my phone number whips theirs out I insist on being allowed to enter the info myself, and I always put "Master of the Universe" in the "title" section. :p

I had a similar experience at A Radio Shack. When i asked why they needed my info so I could buy batteries, they said it was "Company Policy".

I said it was my policy not to talk to stangers.
