LOL I never thought of that one. I'll have to try the "Dish About Trish Fan Club" stunt sometime. It sounds like fun.
Some stuff I read at AOL's Heckler's Online years ago gave me ideas how to handle hate mail when I'm in an especially evil mood.
Sometimes morons from AOL write to me and forget that they wrote up detailed AOL profiles about themselves. The guy who posted his Heckler's troll story (I think he recieved an IM, not e-mail) pretended he really worked for the FBI, so he told the troll he'd be sorry he bothered him because he knows where he lives. Then he goes into a "for instance" and copies all the crap the guy put in his profile. Said troll is so terrified he swears he'll never bother anyone ever, ever again. The troll completely forgot about his AOL profile.
So I'll get a nastygram from some buttplug in Virginia who likes dog fights and kegger parties and is "looking for the girl of his dreams" -- so I tell him that my job enables me to get i nformation about people; like, for instance I know you live in Virginia and I can easily contact the authorities if you ever send me "malicious communications" ever again.
Works like a charm, and it's a hell of a lot of fun. You should see how contrite they are. They have no clue that I got all that info from their AOL profiles. LOL
It's also fun when trolls send you hate mail from their work e-mail addresses. Bosses generally don't like that. 
I saw hate mail posted to newsgroups years ago that came from a fathers' organization in Maryland. There was a HUGE dust-up. I saved all the posts. That was a total riot.
I may have to post that stuff to my blog in the near future...
Trish, I've got to send you an e-mail. I'll be at work around noon and I'll send it over then, heh.

Trish, did you get the e-mail I sent you? I had a very difficult time accessing your blog over the weekend, so I'm not sure if you were getting any e-mails at that address.
