The sin of Charles Stanley (http://www.intouch.org/) seems to be disagreement with the Johnstons. From what I can gather, Chas seems to suggest God will always forgive and the Johnstons seem to say "not so much."
And I'll never get the whole God/guns connection.

The site is so deliciously funny, it gives Landover Baptist a run for its money. I'd think it was satirical except for those photos of Elizabeth screaming at college students, and those sweet little girls. I wish I could take them and keep them.

Well, it seems like they're on rather heterodox theological ground when they claim "ETERNAL HELL is light punishment for you," since that sort of implies that God has let His standards of eternal Hell slip.
I'll look back through my stack of Consumer Reports. Maybe they've already covered this in their "Eternal Punishments Rated."

Apprently those people have missed many of the Jesus & the bibles messages. Ones like: let he who is without sin cast the first stone, judeg not lest ye be judged, leave all judgement to god, the path to eternal life is to accept Jesus as your personal savior etc...
I guess the path to heaven is really via pursuing other percieved sinners and pointing out those sins, not by looking inward at yourself.
