WOW! You got really lucky! I can't believe the person on the phone was that nice! I'm like that, too... doing everything right and then forgetting one minor detail at the last minute that screws everything. So irritating. Good luck on getting into the school! I'm sure you'll make it.
Just make sure they include your sketches in their final decision. People make mistakes and no school should penalise you for it. Call them again to ensure your sketches were received and will definitely be included!!! Phew, sorry, got carried away!
