That is sad. Sometimes we project the wrong image and someone's conversion is affected. I wonder whether I've done it unknowingly.
Is there something that the rest of us can do to help this friend of yours come to know the gospel? Let us know, OK?

The character of someone that your friend knows has affected her interest in the church. This is not uncommon. And hopefully with time, patience and fellowshipping from righteous members, her perception of the church would change. You have done well fellowshipping with her. I know you will always have that missionary heart in you. God bless. I love you.

The guy has choose to let pride get in the way and he will eventually face the consequences of his choose. Do hope that it's not too late for him to repent.
