This attack brings us another step closer to civil war in Iraq, what many consider the worst case scenario. While I agree attacks such as this hurt the terrorist in terms of their popularity within the general Muslim population, within Iraq itself this specifc attack pits Sunni against Shi'a, and is particularly dangerous.
Very much so.
