Gravatar So you think the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 abuses your rights?

Are you some kind of big corporate soft-money pac on the wekends?

Gravatar Hah. No. I am not.

Incidentally, John McCain is one of the biggest soft-money recievers of anyone.

I am for unrestricted campaign finance, because if anyone can use whatever money they want, they weill cease to be beholden to special interests, because they could go elsewhere for the money, rather than picking and choosing.

And for a while, the Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform Act of 2002 came very close to trying to shut down blogs such as this one and yours.

Gravatar It additionally limits the amount of money individuals can give to campaigns and parties, which is a clear violation of the First Amendment.
