Wowsers, I guess that's where the "allegedly wearing Mexican Army uniforms" drug runners got the money for the M-60 equipped Hummvee. I say institute the guest worker program and shoot anyone who comes across the border illegally as a suspected terrorist. $376 mil could have paid a lot of ICE men (I applied, by the way, but I think they went into a hiring freeze soon after I passed my physical and background check) and paid for a whole lot of sniper rifles.

I like Dennis Miller's plan. Have a guest worker program. Have them come over, build a wall, then open up the door and send them back!
