Neil is clearly a Mike Brown proponent, since he champions the belief that FEMA should not have been incorporated into Homeland Security. Maybe Susan Collins can subpoena him to testify, although it probably wouldn't be as entertaining as Frank Zappa at the PMRC hearings.
