Interesting. I'll have to read the whole thing, but at first blush, I wonder whether they aren't mixing legal and illegal here. Most of the Asian folks (more than just from China, I think) are likely legal immigrants. Probably the Hindi and Muslem immigrants as well. It is also the case that the young Eastern European men and women in the resort area are legal guest workers, not immigrants. And, of course, not all of the latino workers in Sussex County are illegals.
