The recent discovery of a plot to blow up airplanes serves as a reminder of how great the risk remains. Just because that plot was foiled doesn't mean others are not underway right now. It is good that we've returned to relative normalcy because it means the terrorists have not accomplished their goal, but vigilance remains a necessity.
