From what I've seen of Keith Olbermann's show he's also biased to the point of acting like some anti-Bush political hack.
Having see the rest of the context, I really do think it was just a bad joke gone wrong. The apologies are just the result of Democrats distancing themselves from the Republican spin machine as fast as possible in order to save the election, because realistically, one stupid statment is better than 6 years of stupid policies and mismanagement of our government.
Kerry botched a joke and Bush botched a whole war.
You still have not posted about Bush leaving an American behind enemy lines on the orders of Al Maliki government.
