Where was all of this Republican outrage when their own man was slandering John McCain in South Carolina in 2000? That was a personal, vindictive attack, far beyond anything that we've seen this year, though the race-baiting is a disturbing development. (granted, Ryan and I were in high school or middle school, but I'm asking in general ).

haha, I think the outrage comes mostly because he is a former President. People, sadly, expect these attacks from candidates, but not from Presidents.
