Two thoughts:
1. Like much else in our society, the anti-war leaning young people have gone digital and just don't really know how to rally.
2. Because there is no draft, many youth of today are disconnected with this war, far moreso than the Vietnam conflict. We have not been asked to make any sacrafices as a nation; as a result, only the soliders and their families bear the brunt of the suffering.

I hate to say it Ryan but our peers simply don't care anymore. They don't care about our values in this country, they don't care about their fellow citizen, nor do they care about the world around them. Our future isn't doomed, but it isn't going to be the same when the elections of say 2020 come around...

I think our peers do care, but don't want to hang out with old people.
The important part to realize here is that the people protesting Iraq, in large part are the same people that protested Vietnam.
