Unless you've found info I don't, the only polls available on most of the super-de-duper Tuesday states is from December - prior to Iowa and Obama's surge in New Hampshire, South Carolina, and in the national polls. My prediction is that Hillary will hold on to New York, but Obama already has Illinois and will take Cali. At that point, barring something unforseen, I believe the Clinton (and Bush) years will be over.
As far as the race issue, while I agree that he is not running as a "black candidate" per se, his victory in Iowa has the potential to stir African-American voters to new numbers. I have many African-American students in school who usually shy away from social studies but were willingly, even excitedly, talking about Obama, even the New Hampshire primary. If nothing else, its amazing to see how te students come alive when all of the sudden there is relevance and connection.
Personally, as a history person, its hard not to feel a bit stirred knowing that I may be voting for an individual who, 45-50 years ago, would not have even been allowed to vote in the county in which I live. Win, lose, or draw, it is good to know that America may finally "live up to the true meaning of its creed."

Well, my friend, its a whole new race all around. No one saw this one coming. I think the independents assumed Obama was safe and decided to help out McCain. Just a guess. Crazy New Hampshire does it again!
