Hmm.. I wonder how much the SEED program is costing?
The big question is, how did they wake up one morning and realize that they were hundreds of millions of dollars short? Are there any brains in Dover on either side of the aisle? Tense times ahead for those of us in the education field.

Wrong, Summer school for some students who fail to meet the DSTP standards is required by state law.
Legislators would have to step in!
SEED funding , too much and growing.
