Nice work ryan, I bet that took you a while. See how Biden placed his foot in his mouth today re: Obama? You can add him to the drop out list soon

Who is wispering about Sharpton/Pataki? Must be the wind...

Steve, I did see that, and the whole article/interview is pretty interesting. If he can survive "Delaware is a slave state" and the Indian accent thing, he can probably get through this too.
Ryan Mc.:
Pataki has an office in Iowa, and has talked about running, and so has Sharpton (e.g. http://www.foxnews.com/story/

if he hadn't bumbled his "Obama" quote it would have been a great article for him.
called Hillary un-electable by pointing out her weakness in the Dem Party.
and slaps down Obama and Edwards as light-weights.

Joe Biden: "Ahhhhhhhhh.....is this wide enough doc?"
"Yeah, that should do it. Good luck in your Senate race though....but hey, for what its worth, you're the most qualified guy to ever blow two elections by speaking without thinking."
---On a serious note - good analysis Ryan. Wish I had that much time to write out my own!

Ry -
How can Howard Dean be a "drop out" if he was never in the thing? I guess former RNC Chair Ken Mehlman was an early drop out too? I guess Bill Roth was as well...
Oh, hold on. I know - you are using your newfound special "pundit" powers to make shit up.
Carry on.

Thanks for the praise. Amen for winter session!
How can Howard Dean be a "drop out" if he was never in the thing?
If you remember, Jason, Dean said he wouldn't run for president in 08 (like he was planning at the time) if he became DNC chair.(http://politics1.com/p2008-dems.htm#dean). Back when I did the first one of these in January 2005, he was the front runner.

January 2005? You got me fair and square.
You get a gold star for excellence in punditry.
Pundit on!

You can tell its going to snow - Jason just conceded something to Ryan.
ah, how I do miss winter session and having time to keep up my own blog (other than one for my classroom). Such a pity, this real world keeping us down.

Dean had not announced, but he was being considered a contender - so what the heck.
Ryan Mc was right about the wispering about Sharpton/Pataki. He made that one up.
