Considering Max Moseley (son of BUF leader Oswald Moseley and nutjob Diana Mitford) and others like the late Enzo Ferrari links to various Fascist parties, does it really come as a suprise to hear about the deeply creepy Mr Eccelstone's political leanings? Sadly, the rush to the defence of BNP voters isn't too much of a suprise, either. The way refugees have been demonised around the world both on the street and in the media suggests that many journalists are hardly the 'liberals' they like to think of themselves as.

The name is vaguely familiar. Did this guy give money to a political party or something of that ilk?

Yes, there was some sort of scandal involving tobacco company sponsorship and kickbacks to stop the British government from banning them. Back to Mr Rodent's point though about BNP voters. As a foreigner myself, the defence of BNP voters is disturbingly reminiscent of the "We wuz provoked!" attitude of the notorious soccer rioters.

The number of comments over at the Daily Fail that support the stunted twunt is most alarming but to be expected.

I feel a lot of commentary has unfairly stereotyped all idiotic nazi sympathizers as semi-dwarfs.And Ecclescake was right,Hitler did "get things done". Okaayy, the things that got done were terrible and horrific, but who wants to quibble over details?
