These look good. I was experimenting with biscuits recently, but they were coming out a little too flat. I'll give these a try soon.

I'm doing something wrong. Your recipe is similar to what I was trying but with twice the baking powder. I thought that would make a difference, but they still barely rose. I didn't use your flour mix so I need to try that the next time. I'll let you know. At least they still tasted good.

I've always been intrigued by gluten free baking. These biscuits sound pretty good.
