Gravatar These look good. I was experimenting with biscuits recently, but they were coming out a little too flat. I'll give these a try soon.


Gravatar I'm doing something wrong. Your recipe is similar to what I was trying but with twice the baking powder. I thought that would make a difference, but they still barely rose. I didn't use your flour mix so I need to try that the next time. I'll let you know. At least they still tasted good.


Gravatar I've always been intrigued by gluten free baking. These biscuits sound pretty good.
