Oh geez. Sorry about that. I just edited the recipe--you need 1 TBL of yeast. Thanks for noticing that!!

I made these this morning. I can make GF bread that's crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, and they're quite edible. In fact they're rather nice. But they're not like *bread*! These are BREADY! Fabulous! Love them! Making some more tomorrow...

i finally made these friday and they were FANTASTIC! They hold up great, and aren't gritty like so many gf products. I am making more now! thanks for the recipe!!
