No biggy though some bloggers do have a policy that trackbacks that do not explicitly link to or refer to another site are deleted.

I do not have that policy and in any event it shows that my blog is getting some attention.

Quick feedback: I thought the trackback to my post useful in the given 'Fired' context and with regards to my exchange with 'LARRY' and the risk it involves even when, in this example, our 'LARRY' took care posting said comments anonymously. What 'LARRY' of course failed to remember, was that he had made comments on previous occasions revealing his identity - comments where he obviously felt more at ease to do so. BTW, thanks for the kind words.
