Again here is the game. Pick a catfish or catfishes from one (or more) of seven tanks. Pay a dollar per play and if your pick wins you get $10.00.

I plan on getting the larger picture but let us discuss the nuts and bolts of insurance and risk and then expand it out.

I don't believe in compulsory insurance of any kind. If you need insurance, by all means buy it!

Compulsory auto insurance is a swindle. Compulsory health insurance will also be a swindle, but a bigger one, with worse results.
