No Capper, taken out of context is correct. The context of Whallah's comment is I am blaming the WI left for the outing and I do no such thing.

The only outing I blame the WI left for is driving the woman, in the affair, OUT of the WI blogosphere. That is the proper context of my remark, and Whallah is not faithfully representing that.

I believe the proper word is "paraphrased." But I do understand how "taken out of context" does play better for the martyr card.
