"Brownie" is an idiot. He blamed everyone else for what went wrong. Saying things like he had to circumvent Chertoff because it would have been a waste of time to have him as a middle man between he (Brown) and the White House. 'Cause you know he is so important that he shouldn't have to deal with peons.
I agree about Brown -- but, this is yet another opportunity for a bunch of posturing congressmen to waste time and money on trying to impress the public with their own grandiousity.
