Yeah, but did you return your old Avent bottles & cups for full refund/store credit/exchange?
Yeah, I didn't buy them either. Bought the glass ones before it was hip to do so and that was only, oh, last summer. Surprisingly, at the time, the only store where I could find them was at BabiesRUs.
Does this make me a trend setter? 
i bought glass bottles last year as well but my pump is avent. i didn't think they were offering returns or exchanges, hence my noting so in the post. did i miss something here?
You can return the Avent pump as well, for full credit, but you have to have the bottles they came with.
Zeller's, Walmart, and BabiesRUs were offering credits/exchanges, since April. Probably other stores as well, but those are the ones I'm aware of, and you may not need your receipt, depending on the store. I don't know how long they're doing this, but it's worth checking out. Pumps aren't cheap. (Mine is Medela, Swiss made, BPA free, much more comfortable and easier to assemble).
