What the Bible says!...

Lev 21:5 – Hebrew priests were commanded not to make themselves bald
Lev. 13:40, 41 – hair fallen off, is bald, maybe still clean
2 Ki. 2:23 – bald prophet cursed children for saying “go up bald man”, they were eaten?
Jer. 16:6 – some make themselves bald to morn the dead
Jer. 48:37 – judgment from god against sinning city, they were to be made bald!
Ezk 27:31 – made bald for morning/weeping purpose
Ezk 29:18 – for the purpose of war, they shaved themselves bald
Mic 1:16 – made bald due to morning/weeping
Isa 15:2 – weeping over false god Nebo, thus they made themselves bald
Jer 47:5 – due to death, they were made bald in Gaza
Deut 14:1 – children of the lord were commanded not to be made bald or cut themselves
Isa 3:24 – due to oppression many curses were upon some… including baldness
Isa 22:12 – God called some to weeping, morning, baldness
Amos 8:10 – Isreal’s end curse… morning, starving, baldness
