Everything about this case stinks to High Heaven.
I can't believe how many goody-goody "Christian" women have fallen for this psycho's claims of abuse.
Never mind that her story changed so many times.

I know I'm a little smarter and a lot more experienced at life's outer fringes than some around me, but Mary Winkler is a thorn in my side, and I hope the Farese's law firm is happy with themselves now.
They (the Farseses) should stop putting words into their high-profile pro bono defendants' mouths and worry about the VOTER FRAUD going on in their county!! Jesus, Mississippi has a bad enough reputation already!

Hi Millenia --

I couldn't agree more. There was very little truth to what Mary said.

I will try to do a write up of all the things I saw in the interview -- then again that may take way too much space. But either way, I will write.

Hi Eyes -- saw her appearance on Oprah today. She wasn't convincing at all and it's so obvious (even to the untrained eye) that she's full of it. She's not telling the truth about what really happened that morning at all.

I smell a narcissist in the transcripts sections you lay out. Caught in the act perhaps and not willing for the negative exposure? I suppose that is a type of snapping, more of an ego compartment being ruptured. Of course I've seen what you have put up in your website... so I could be wrong.

I find your website; fascinating.Your intuition; mindblowing. More importantly, you are a real.

Seriously, I don't think you realize the potential of your skills: It is clearly not limited to truth detection, but there is abundance of social intelligence too. IMHO, you can be greatest saleswoman, negotiator, people person if you are motivated and put ur mind into it.

Have you read a book called 'the selfish gene'by Richard Dawkins? It takes an evolutionary perspective on humans, and the different games animals play to maximise their chance of survival- I can't recommend this book highly enough. Read it, you will realize how special your skill is.

Another book - 'Social intelligence' by Daniel Coleman is must read. A lot of what we are shaped by our Childhood. Sure, we can train our mind later in life. but childhood experiences have lasting effects. Can you relate to how your skills developed? or do you think it is something in your genes?
We have a few common traits; I am like you: trying to discover myself and my strengths.I want to realize my full potential(that's 2 traits, right there ). Reading people accurately is something I want to get good at.I After a few google searches and found our website. Felt like I had found a Gold mine Seriously, how else can you explain 12 hours of compulsive reading

Paralleling - Way you pattern match people, I would like to know more on that. Can be a valuable input to science.

I am marvelled at the way you think too, especially the questions you ask yourself to find inconsistencies. Sharp stuff. I have just ordered a paul ekman cd on microexpressions, wonder if that would help me.

Your video Analysis - I am addicted to, I have to admit.

This is a link I found to her full testimony in parts. I think the psyhologists is there too.

It is no good to just read the transcript. I watched the actual testimony of Mary and the forensic psychologist as well. What the psyc said helps me to understand mary. She is about as vacant as I have seen. Without watching her you could never tell by what is written there.
Her eyes are dead and she looks like a shell of a woman. I have seen others like that. She actually did say she snapped. She has had 6 months to think about it, a large tall loud speaking male asking her questions, and she just answers as she is told by the male.
We get female patients in from the women's center at work and have to have a femald edoc interview them , because their heads bow just like Mary's.
You have no idea . How do you think she got to look and act like that?

There is no doubt in my mind that the jury let her off because they believed that she was abused--because they felt sorry for her. There is enough evidence to find premeditation in the confession alone.
