I've never made Dim Sum before, but have been experimenting with Korean cusine lately. (My cousin is Korean and a great cook - bonus, she has been teaching/sharing recipes with me!)

Good luck to you, and post recipes that turn out great! Isn't Tyler just yummy? And his food is yummy too! Hee!
