I use alternative @$^$^ words. "Darn Doodle" "Oh man!" "Oh my goodness"

When we're watching TV & someone says a word I don't want her to use, I say "That's not a nice word." This way she recognizes the word she shouldn't say & she doesn't hear it coming from my mouth.

Our kids are such sponges!
