We have a guy in the neighborhood who has the same "thing" dangling off his truck bumper. I often walk by his house... I have thoughts of coming by with scissors... to cut them off! LOL!

Thank goodness I am not the only one to have seen that. Driving back from a visit to my mom's in Georgia I must have seen a million of those. It was like every truck on the interstate had those ball thingys hanging from their hitch.
