Yes with this second pregnancy I'm just so tired with these questions. Hope you're feeling better.
I'm enjoying reading about your second pregnancy experience ... I'm curious what that will be like for Jeff and me someday. 
About the name thing ~ we didn't want to tell a soul until Lucas was born!
I loved the Ricki Martin thing... I died laughing.
Wish I had something clever to share but am blank for the moment.
I got much enjoyment out of refusing to tell a soul what the name for our baby was. And when they'd ask why, to honestly say that I was tired of hearing other people complain that they didn't like a name that so-and-so had chosen - behind their back, nonetheless. The looks I'd get were priceless...as if they'd been caught for having done just that.
So, no, I don't have a better story - but you're on the right track to having a good time with it
People ask the stupidest things! My youngest daughter was a redhead. People always asked "where did you get that red hair?" She was all of 4 years old! One day a lady asked that and she looked sweetly at her and said, "One day my Mommy trimmed my Daddy's beard and it fell on my head and started to grow!" I almost choked on my laughter! The lady turned and walked away.
I bet there are many who would actually buy it. I especially like the "Living La Vida Loca" reference.
I'm like you. Several people have asked me if I know what I'm having yet. And then, as you know, what do you want? I did kind of want a girl when I was pregnant with my daughter, but this time, I couldn't care less. Either one works for me. (Just not both at once -- that would probably be more than I can handle -- I have high respect for anyone who has multiples!)
