I'm so sorry to hear that is what he has. We've had West Nile in our area for a while, so we're always very careful. Thanks for the reminder. I don't know much about it. I know there is no cure, but are there things they can do to help treat him (the symptoms at least)?

I'm sorry about step-grandpa. I worry about everything. Hubby calls it my paranoia problem, but really between west nile, lyme disease, meingitis, encepholytis, I figure if we can get through the summer months healthfully we are doing well. (please pardon any spelling errors, it's early) Give Julia a hug for me. I know she is worried about Grandpa.

I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma's husband. I also didn't realize that this wasn't a "mostly" Southern concern and hadn't paid much attention to it. I'll be protecting myself and my kids much better from now on. I'll keep your family in my prayers.
