My doctor told me I could have 2 servings of caffeine a day. Chocolate counts as one. I don't drink coffee everyday, but when I need it, I make half caf.

There were days and there were days. Sometimes I felt like God was testing me. But in the end, my daughters grew up and I'm in one piece. Lot's of gray hair (under all of this hair dye) but they turned out well and are on their own!

I could not kick the coffee habit this time around. I had one cup a day and it may have saved my life. Do what you need to do.
