first time reading.. had to comment on the Le Creuset.. my fave. Got one for Christmas at the age of 27 or something, sad, i know, but i was already married and knew it was a must have in the kitchen from growing up in my house. My mom gives the large white one as her signiture wedding gift. Chili fab in it.. Shepherd's pie also fab in it. Let us know how the pot roast goes, must try one of those!
