The Office Suggestion Box

Gravatar I also have a talker, and for me to say that is something. You see I have five girls, and in my experience all little girls love to talk, giggle and scream. But my Jessica takes the cake. She is nine and when she tells a story, she describes everything. If the story is about a pencil falling off her desk, she will tell you where her desk is, who sits around her, what subject they were studying, what color the pencil was, what outfit she was wearing and on and on and on and on. To top it off: she talks slow, not speech impaired, just slow. It is so hard to keep up the pretense of listening!

Gravatar I am an idiot! I obviously didn't look over the comment I just left! Sorry for all of the grammatical errors.

Gravatar I just laughed when I read you post! K-bugg is also a talked, but also loves bugs (hence the name). I have not had the opportunity to encounter a potatoe bug. Whta do they look like? I'm not sure we have those in NC. However, I am constantly rescueing ladybugs, beetles, ants, dragonflies, grasshoppers and FROGS! Not cute little tree frogs...TOADS! I have to admit, I was also a bug and frog lover as a child.

Gravatar Mine was a non stop talker too! Got in trouble in school all the time for it. Now at 18 it is hard to get him to open up and talk to me. Cherish these moments while you can. And get ear plugs!

Gravatar Your daughter sounds like a very enjoyable child & it is hard to watch them grow up, I know. *s*

Gravatar Sometimes I wish that kids came with a remote control. Pause, Stop, MUTE. Kaden drives me crazy on our walks. It's takes enough energy to keep walking let alone keep up a conversation. I feel ya!

Gravatar I used to love potato bugs too!

Gravatar oh man..I know how you feel. My 4 year old son never ever stops talking and also now calls me mom. I feel like he's 14 not 4!

Gravatar I remember those days! I used to go nuts when I was driving. I'd have to say "Stop talking for a minute so mommy can think about where she's driving."

Enjoy it though. My older two only like to talk to me when they want me to buy them something.

Gravatar Sounds like she is growing up. Enjoy it. Really. It goes way too fast and she'll stop talking to you soon enough. LOL.

Gravatar I think that your 4 year old and my 4 year boy maybe long lost twins! UGH!

Wait until you do the laundry and find them in their clothes...not so fun!

As Elias says..Mom, bugs are peoples too!

*he calles me mom too....ouch!*
