I saw an Oprah show on this once. Very scary! They left gauze in one woman after the birth of her child. How in the world does that happen???

I read an article that some university has created technology based on radio waves imbedded into medical devices so that they can wave a wand over the body and detect if the MD has left anything behind..... this is what our taxes pay for.... grants to create devices for other peoples mistakes.
