not bad... I have had to move my color appts closer together, too, and it doesn't always fit well into the budget. can't beleive you had a helper!

I like you are not one to do anything self imposed on my hair. I just feel that they are professionals for a reason and I am not. I'm glad though that yours turned out so well. And KUDOS to you hubby for all his help.

Good luck. Hope it comes out the right color. I too have been cutting back and went to one of those "salons" in the mall. I got my hair cut and colored for $45. The color was liveable, but the cut wasn't. I have to stick to my high end salon for that. I have also given up my Aveda shampoo and conditioner. Boo hiss.
