Love the Santa picture! We went out to the Flea Market yesterday in search of some of the last few gifts, and the Shriners had a Santa there. $5 for a picture, so the girls got their first pics with Santa, and we didn't have to brave the mall crowds! They're not as pretty as your Santa pic, but oh well...Meghan, though is at that "stranger anxiety" stage still, and wanted NOTHING to do with Santa, so she sat on MY lap while I sat next to Santa for the pic. LOL
