Okay, here are a couple based entirely on the only thing that matters - entertainment value.
1. Lee Elia - On the off chance he could get so pissed off he'd give you a classic rant like the one he had for Cubs fans. Here is the transcript:

2. Artie Lange - The stipulation is that Lange has to have a lot of money on the game and it would also help if he was drunk.
3. Tabitha Stevens - Tabitha is there to regale us with all sorts of Entertainment in the event the game is boring (which, in the scenario provided, is guaranteed to be the case). Not really perform per se, but tell us stories. Why tease us with sideline reporters who seem frigid and who also seem to not really know much at all about the game. Give us the goods!
Plus, she could conduct interviews with all of the coaches. Some old school guys like Lloyd would clearly freak out, but some coaches like Mike Price might take kindly to getting to spend some quality face time with TS.
Any guesses on how large the FCC broadcast would be for this particular game?
