Pretty much agree.. though my personal opinion is Ryan Mallett is better than Anthony Morelli. Homerism.
And no players from Oregon? How about that freak of the nature tailback who'd be a great complement to Hart?
It's always this time of year that poking the PSU fanbase in the eye becomes fun again. The Morelli references were good in this post, but the Connor thing was priceless. I'd forgotten all about that dimension of the BWI meltdown.

Now I don't know when Manningham was covered by Ikewawa, but MM finished with 7 catches for 113 yards and two touchdowns. Against the Buckeyes, MM had three quick catches against Antonio Smith. When they put Jenkins on him, MM put up another 3 catches for 34 yards. Again, I'm not sure which Badger was on him, but these numbers seem to say something. (Btw, I always enjoy your blog.)
He had one, possibly two catches vs Ikegwuonu. One was a perfectly thrown curl route type thing that Ikegwuonu couldn't really have stopped and he made a solid tackle, and I think there may have been a very short crossing route completed against him. A total of maybe 15 yards?
I second the vote for money bags sweater vest. If he traded the vest in for a mock turtleneck he would fit right in.

Great list. But if you were going to cheat and go over 5 couldn't you have found us a little more help at safety too? Not sure whose safety I'd take, but barring one of our youngsters being AA caliber I think we need help there too. Doesn't Oregon have a standout safety?

Just so you guys know, not only has Ethan Johnson committed to ND (should be announced by tomorrow) but CB/S Jamoris Slaughter has also committed to the Irish. Looks like ND is taking a lot of the Michigan targets this year. It is also confirmed that ND now leads for Baldwin. Yikes...they are building one heck of a class.
