i'm basking in the warm afterglow of another pistons series victory.
it was a good series, but hedo turkoglu just can't be your go-to guy in crunch time. i just dont think he's good enough.
howard needs to develop some sort of mid range game and work doggedly on his footwork. the pistons really turned him into a non-factor.
nelson is a good player, but he can't be a starter if this team expects to compete for a title. he got abused by bigger guards. stuckey - a rookie who missed the first 26 games of the year - embarrassed him last night.
this magic team has potential, but they've got some significant question marks. i'd let go of everyone with an expiring contract (i think its bogans, evans, arroyo, dooling, and couple others) except for evans. they need to draft a bigger guard because nelson is simply going to get abused in the post and off the dribble otherwise.
surprisingly, this magic team is almost as old as the pistons. ialso think the magi will have big problems making significant moves in the foreseable future because they've got a third option signed to a max contract.
good series, though. i'm just surprised at the number of people who are claiming that "it could have easily gone the other way." of course it could. playoff basketball is about winning tight games and executing. the pistons did that and hopefully will continue to do that into the conference finals.

Not sure if there was a great frequency of bots back when you played, but it's extremely rare that I come across one I suspect and I play a ton of hands in a week. (Kinda explains me being on here about 12 hours a day). Rumor has it Pokerstars is about to unvail an anti-spamming type security feature (ex: type in this word) to combat any bot issues.
My three favorite rooms are Bodog, Pokerstars and Full Tilt. You'll find people bitching about how each one is rigged, but that comes mostly from people playing fundamentally poor poker, letting people limp in and then getting beat on a drw, etc.
Bodog seems to be the easiest to use as far as filtering out the tables you'd like, then PS, then FT. All three are fairly equal though, tbh. It's more a matter of preference. Doyle's Room has a pretty sweet freeroll every night at 10pm called quick draw, where the blinds go up every minute or so- it's worth checking out just for that.

Regarding Forcier, he clearly has the best vision of any of the three, and probaly is the better passer. To pass on the guy is silly imo. This of course after watching approx. 10 minutes of highlight son each, but, yeah- whatever. Beav could play WR and lookes like Newsome would be a helluva LB too. Just a curious move, that's all.

I just do. The away jerseys looked pretty sweet I thought. The piping didn't bother me.
Please tell me that the three stripes down the back of the jersey is just a joke or bad rumor. I doubt that Adidas would do anything that stupid. I think that UM would end its relationship with Adidas on the spot if that were true.
If Under Armour struck a deal with a famous school like Michigan, USC or Notre Dame, IMO that would be a major breakthrough for the company.
